Meet the founder

Shazray Malik is an early childhood education innovator transforming how young children in Pakistan learn confidence, emotional intelligence, and self-worth.

She is the creator of a research-backed SEL and confidence curriculum that equips children with essential life skills — including emotional regulation, gratitude, empathy, resilience, and communication — skills that traditional classrooms overlook but modern children urgently need. Through storytelling, mindfulness, public speaking, yoga, and creative expression, her method creates powerful learning experiences that help children grow into confident, emotionally-strong, and compassionate individuals.

Shazray has delivered transformative sessions across some of Karachi’s most respected schools, including Bay View Academy, Haque Academy, The C.A.S School, Civitas, and Veritas Learning Circle. She has also brought her program to children from under-resourced communities and the through collaborations with Kiran Foundation, Imkaan Welfare Organization, and The Garage School, ensuring that high-quality emotional education is accessible to every child — not just the privileged.

Her work extends globally: Shazray has taught at Mindvalley University in Croatia, sharing her innovative approach with an international audience of young learners and educators.

She holds a degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Bristol and is a certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher from the University of California, Berkeley — a foundation that strengthens the scientific and pedagogical roots of her curriculum.

To date, Shazray has impacted thousands of children, trained educators, partnered with leading schools, and built a growing movement that reimagines what education can look like for the next generation. She continues to be a powerful advocate for SEL, confidence-building, and emotionally-intelligent learning in Pakistan and beyond.

Our research-backed curriculum blends storytelling, drama art, meditation, public speaking and yoga to create powerful learning experiences that help children thrive - in schools and in life.
